The July Horses of Racing Age sale offers a unique opportunity for racehorse owners to elevate their racing string with turnkey horses at the mid-point of the North American racing year, ahead of lucrative summer meets such as at Saratoga and Del Mar.
This sale catalogues racehorses with meaningful racing potential at a variety of levels, highlighted by an innovative enhanced catalogue featuring continuously updated pedigrees, Daily Racing Form past performances, lifetime race replays, Ragozin sheets, and Thoroughmanager past performances. Fasig-Tipton issues email alerts to potential buyers to keep them up-to-date of race entries, results, and workouts for all sale horses, as well as to notify of any late additions to the catalogue. Unlike a traditional catalogue, the print catalogue for this sale will be available on the sales grounds the week prior to sale in order to accommodate up-to-the-minute entries of racehorses with current form.
As of June 2020, graduates of the July Horses of Racing Age sale have racked up nearly 8,000 starts, including 83 stakes wins and nearly $43,500,000 in earnings. Nearly 30 percent of graduates have gone on to become stakes horses for their new owners and include Grade 1 winners Bullards Alley and Wavell Avenue, along with recent graded stakes winners War Story, Five Star General, Brave Nation, Phat Man, Marzo, and Nicodemus.
